Went out for my first "non driftless area " outing on Sunday, on a little Freestoner in central Wisconsin. Apparently i got what i deserved. A cold, my usual early season baptism of 39 degree water, (I'm a faller, NOT the guy you want to be wading next to) and absolutely not one chase or flash from anything resembling a trout. Its a little early on the non spring creek streams yet, but i figured i could use some casting work.As Always
